Getting Started
When you first open Muay Thai Fighter, you'll create your fighter by entering a name, nickname, choosing a fighting style, and selecting a character avatar. Each fighting style gives different stat bonuses, so choose one that matches your preferred playstyle.
Fighting
Combat is turn-based. Each round, you choose from 6 moves, each with different damage, stamina cost, and special properties:
Low Kick
Reliable damage to the legs. Good all-round attack with moderate stamina cost.
Teep
Push kick for distance. Low stamina cost, decent damage, and a spirit bonus.
Clinch & Knees
Grab and deliver knee strikes. High stamina cost but very effective.
Cross
Powerful straight punch. High damage but can miss — risk vs reward.
Elbow
Short-range devastation. Highest KO potential in the game.
Block & Counter
Defensive move. Low cost, and if successful, delivers a counter strike.
Training
Between fights, train to improve your stats. Each training type costs stamina but permanently improves your fighter:
- Padwork — Technique +1, Focus +8
- Strength Training — Strength +1, Max HP +4
- Roadwork — Speed +1, Stamina +6
- Sparring — Defense +1, XP +8
The Gym Shop
Spend your fight earnings on consumables (massage, energy drinks), equipment (handwraps, shin guards, heavy bag), and premium items (VIP gym membership, training camp). Equipment gives permanent stat boosts.
Ranking & Career
You start at rank #128. Win fights to climb the rankings. Defeat all 30 opponents across 5 tiers to become the Lumpinee Stadium champion. Your career tab tracks your complete fight history and statistics.
Special Moves
As you level up, you unlock powerful special moves that deal more damage than basic techniques:
🦿 Flying Knee (Level 3)
A spectacular jumping knee strike. High damage with KO potential. Costs 16 stamina.
🌀 Spinning Elbow (Level 5)
A devastating spinning elbow. One of the most powerful moves in the game. Costs 18 stamina.
💫 Superman Punch (Level 7)
A leaping power punch. Maximum force but can miss. Costs 15 stamina.
âš¡ Axe Kick (Level 9)
A high kick brought down on the opponent. Hard to block. Costs 14 stamina.
Combo System
Using different moves in sequence builds your combo counter. After 3 different moves in a row, you earn bonus damage on each hit. The key: never repeat the same move twice in a row, or your combo resets to zero. Reaching a 5-hit combo also completes a daily challenge!
Injuries
If you win a fight with very low health (under 30 HP), there's a 25% chance of sustaining an injury. Injuries include bruised ribs, mild concussion, sprained ankle, or a split eyebrow. While injured, you cannot fight or train. Injuries heal automatically after 1-3 days.
Daily Challenges
Every day brings three new challenges with Baht rewards. Examples include winning without using Block, landing 3 KOs in a day, winning with 80+ HP remaining, or training 3 times. Challenges rotate daily and reward smart play.
New Game+ (Prestige)
After defeating all 30 opponents and becoming Lumpinee champion, you can start a New Game+. Your fighter resets but gains +3 to all base stats for each prestige level. The opponents stay the same difficulty, making early fights easier but still challenging at the top. Your prestige level is displayed in your profile with a star (★).
